At Craft Hairdressers we acknowledge that sometimes things can happen and that life is busy, that may mean you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment.

Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour policy to either change or cancel your time with us (we know time is precious for you and our stylists).

We send out a handy reminder txt or email (whichever you prefer) 72 hours before your appointment time, we believe this gives ample time for clients to rearrange or cancel.

If 48 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee of the appointment total. Cancellations on the day will require full payment.
